Refund policy
Return window: We offer a 10-day return period. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return eligibility: To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping: By placing an order with StephTools, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you have any questions about returns, contact info@stephtools.com.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
